Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Entry is open to UK teachers only, aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of The Week Junior, Dennis Publishing, LoveReading4Schools and any associated companies and their families.

To enter, entrants must:

1. Fill in the form that can be found above
2. Only one entry per school will be entered in the draw.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. Dennis publishing accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
5. The competition is open from Thursday 31st January and closes at 11pm on Thursday 28th February.
6. The prize draw will take place within 28-days of the competition closing. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and will be notified within 24 hours. If a winner does not respond with their contact details and address within 3 days, Dennis Publishing has the right to pick another winner from all valid entries.
7. Dennis Publishing’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. There are no cash alternatives to the prize offered. If, for any reason, the prize is not available, Dennis publishing reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
9. All winners must, at Dennis Publishing's request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prizes, free of charge, and they consent to Dennis Publishing using their names and images in promotional material.

The Week Junior photography competition – In partnership with Pink Lady®

Are you a keen photographer with a passion for capturing images of food? If so, this is the perfect competition for you. Pink Lady® apples is offering 30 young winners the chance to attend a workshop with one of the world’s best photographers. David Loftus, who has taken photos for many of the most successful recipe books, including those written by Jamie Oliver, will spend two hours with the 30 young photographers to give them his top tips. He’ll be joined by CBBC presenter Barney Harwood, guaranteeing an unforgettable experience for everyone. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to get the most from your camera or phone. The skills you learn could boost your chances of winning in the Young Categories (under 18s) at the Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year Awards 2020, the most prestigious food photography competition in the world.

How to enter

To be in with a chance of winning, simply visit pinkladyapples.co.uk/competitions/pink-lady-snap-it and fill in the online form before midnight on Wednesday 19 December 2019. Thirty winners will be picked at random by Pink Lady®. Fifteen winners will be invited to a workshop on 18 January 2020 in central London and another fifteen will be invited to the same workshop on 19 January 2020. Cameras won’t be provided, but David Loftus and Barney Harwood can teach you using your smartphone or your camera.

What you can win

• A two-hour workshop with photographer David Loftus and former Celebrity MasterChef contestant Barney Harwood. Food and travel for each winner, plus their parent/guardian, will also be paid for.
• A box of Pink Lady® apples for the schools of each winner.
• A free goodie bag and a signed print.
