Join our Summer of Reading

We're challenging you to read, rate and review books this summer holiday

Reading a book can transport you through time, take you to far-flung places and immerse you in other worlds. You will meet all sorts of people, experience incredible events and discover new ideas and information. It’s a great way to pass the time while travelling, but even if you aren’t going on holiday this summer, you can easily escape into a book instead.

All you have to do to take part is find the right book for you – and that’s where our challenge begins. It’s easy to get involved and there are some fantastic prizes up for grabs. Just follow our three simple steps:

Step 1

Step 1: Choose 3 books
It's up to you what you read. If you'd like to be inspired, take a look at our list of 50 books - there's something for everyone, and they're all recommended for readers like you.

Step 2

Step 2: Read, rate and review
When you have finished reading each book, tell us what you think. Rate and review it on the Summer of Reading review form.

Step 3

Step 3: Enter to win a book bundle worth over £200!
Take a photo or scan of your review form and send it to hello@theweekjunior.co.uk with the words SUMMER OF READING in the subject line (email us by midnight 4 September).

Happy reading!
