Our response to Covid-19
Here at The Week Junior we know how much our readers look forward to receiving their magazine every week. We are therefore taking steps to ensure your household continues to have access to The Week Junior, should coronavirus have any impact on the print and delivery processes of the magazine.
Our editorial team are all set up to work remotely and continue to produce the magazine every week. As always we'll bring readers fascinating stories from around the world, along with lots to think about and talk about. We’ll also make sure that they have plenty to keep them occupied, with lots to make and do, and ideas for keeping active in every issue. In return we’d love to hear what our readers are up to, and to share some of their stories and ideas for things to do at home. Email the editorial team at email@example.com.
We have also set up a new activity hub on our website, where you will be able to access lots of activities and downloads every week, to help keep boredom at bay. To see what’s available, just visit: theweekjunior.co.uk/activity-hub
If for any reason we are unable to deliver your magazine, we will let you know by email and provide you with access to a digital edition. Please visit managemymags.co.uk to add an email address to your subscriber account.
Stay up to date
For the most up to date information on how your magazine delivery and our service might be impacted by Covid-19, please check our dedicated webpage which we’re updating regularly.
Following the government announcement on 23 March 2020, our partner who provides Customer Service support has taken the difficult decision to close their Head Office. While they find a solution to support remote working for the team, we are temporarily unable to take your calls.
You can still manage your subscription by logging into our website managemymags.co.uk, where you can talk to us via Live Chat, or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. While our phone lines are unavailable, we are expecting Live Chat conversations and email volumes to increase, so please bear with us at this challenging time and we'll endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.
